- Keanos® LTD Company shall in no case be liable to the customer or to third parties for any damages, including lost profits, consequential or other incidental or indirect damages, caused by the use, or inability to use the product in question.
- The guarantee is subject to the above terms of which the customer has taken note and accepts.
- For any dispute arising from the present, the courts of the company’s registered office shall have jurisdiction and Greek Law shall apply.
