The transport of Keanos® products from and to the laboratories for technical control, repair, is at the responsibility and half of the user’s expense. The remaining half is undertaken by Keanos® LTD Company.
- The original packaging of the product should be used for the transport of the product, which should be kept in perfect condition to avoid any damage during transport. Otherwise Keanos® LTD Company is not responsible for any damage to the device during transport.
- In the event that after a technical inspection it is determined that the damage is not covered by the warranty for the reasons mentioned above, the user is charged with the costs of shipping and technical inspection. If the user wishes to repair the damage, despite the fact that it is not covered by the warranty, the repair costs are borne by the user.
